Black Bolt...

This is a drawing I started about a month ago but never got the time to finish until now. It's for the Black Bolt jam on the Drawing Board.

Black Bolt is such a fascinating character. I was reading up on his back story while I was looking for reference for his costume. He has such a psychologically complex origin and the makeup of his family tree is so interesting. I'd love to tackle his story one day.



I think I'm going to make some changes on this one. I'm not really satisfied with my execution on the clouds and there are some seeming anatomical/proportional problems that need to be corrected.
